Q.How does the $99 trip charge waiver work?
McClain Bros. charges a standard $99 dispatch fee for service calls. As a Gold Star member, that fee is completely waived — you only pay for parts and labor, if any repair is needed.
Q.Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Our maintenance plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
Q.Does the plan cover parts and labor for repairs?
The plan covers your inspection visits and trip charges. Parts and labor for any repairs discovered are billed separately, but members receive a 10% discount on all repair work.
Q.How do I schedule my included service calls?
Simply call us at (215) 788-0803 or use our contact form. Just mention you're a Gold Star member and we'll book you in with priority.
Q.Can I upgrade from an individual plan to the Gold Star plan?
Absolutely. Call us and we'll credit any remaining days on your individual plan toward your Gold Star upgrade.
